D Goddess Tattoos Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm your tattoo appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

Payment Methods

Deposits can be paid via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, PayPal, etc.].

Rescheduling

• You must provide at least [2 days] notice to reschedule your appointment.

• If proper notice is given, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.

• Rescheduling without sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the artist’s time.

Design Changes

Major changes to the tattoo design must be communicated at least [2 days] before the appointment. Additional fees may apply for extensive redesigns.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than [30 minutes] late without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

Forfeit Conditions

A deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

• No-show for the appointment.

• Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Changes to the design or size on the day of the appointment that require additional time or planning.

Agreement

By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of this policy.
